Research & Consulting

AI readiness isn't a technology problem. It's an organizational one.

Most organizations have access to the same AI tools. The difference is whether they have the architecture, knowledge infrastructure, and judgment to use them well. That's where we work.

Enterprise & mid-market

Is your organization actually ready for AI, or just ready to say it is?

AI readiness isn't about tool selection. It's about whether your data, processes, people, and governance structures are positioned to extract real value rather than produce expensive pilots that go nowhere. We assess where organizations genuinely stand, identify the structural gaps that matter, and help build the roadmap to close them, with a bias toward implementation over slides.

Healthcare · Finance · Legal · Defence

The most capable AI systems are the ones your organization can actually use.

For organizations operating under data residency requirements, regulatory constraints, or high confidentiality standards, cloud-based AI isn't always viable. We design and implement private and local AI architectures that deliver comparable capability without the compliance exposure, drawing directly on our work building Autark and related infrastructure. This includes model selection, deployment architecture, knowledge pipeline design, and ongoing governance frameworks.

Large organizations & institutions

The competitive advantage isn't having AI. It's having AI that knows what your organization knows.

Generic AI tools give generic outputs. The organizations that compound the most value from AI are the ones that have systematically captured their institutional knowledge (workflows, expertise, domain context) and made it available to their AI systems. We design and build internal knowledge bases, skill augmentation pipelines, and AI-assisted processes that are specific to your organization, not out of the box.

Healthcare · Education · Sovereign data · Policy

The public sector has more to gain from AI than almost anyone, and the most to lose from getting it wrong.

We work with government bodies, public institutions, and policy-adjacent organizations on AI strategy in high-stakes domains: healthcare delivery, education systems, sovereign data infrastructure, and public sector AI governance. The questions here are different from the enterprise context: equity, access, accountability, and long-term civic value matter as much as efficiency. We bring the technical depth and the strategic perspective to hold both at once.

Tailored, not templated.

We don't sell packaged consulting products. Engagements are scoped around your specific situation, typically beginning with a structured discovery phase, followed by a defined deliverable (strategy document, architecture design, implementation roadmap, or hands-on build). Some engagements evolve into longer-term advisory relationships. We work with a small number of organizations at any given time.

Research publications

We publish research when we have something worth saying. That's less often than we'd like, and more considered than a content calendar would produce.
